The Coveted Group, led by Founder and CEO Derrick Grahn, secured an $8.5 million investment from Aktiva Capital to advance Nine Palms Ranch, its newest development on the East Cape of Los Cabos.

The investment supports The Coveted Group's fractional ownership model, offering buyers deeded weeks of a luxury property in perpetuity rather than the cost and burden of owning an entire home outright.

The Coveted Group unveiled two new projects under Derrick Grahn's leadership: Smith Butte Ranch, a 200-acre off-grid sanctuary near Flagstaff, Arizona, and Meilahn Farms, a 120-acre family property in rural Wisconsin.

Meilahn Farms holds particular significance for Derrick: it's the land where his mother was born and raised, and where his grandfather, Nelson Meilahn, founded The Oaks Farm Dairy, the area's first vertically integrated dairy.

Derrick Grahn, founder of The Coveted Group, was recognized among the Top 5 Entrepreneurs of 2023 for his impact on the real estate landscape.

Derrick began his career in Chicago as a designer before owning restaurants and nightclubs, later moving to Mexico where he co-founded the luxury lifestyle magazine Cabo Social.
