The Coveted Group is a real estate firm operating across acquisition, construction, lending, investment, and development. We work across the full lifecycle of a project. From early concept to final sale.

 

Where We Began

Our roots are in Los Cabos, Mexico. The Coveted Group was instrumental in shaping the real estate at Flora Farms (2011–2025), one of the most iconic developments in the region. That work established the foundation for everything that followed.

What We Do

We acquire, build, finance, and sell real estate. We also partner with investors and developers to execute projects in part or in full. Our work spans:

Recent work includes Nine Palms Ranch on the East Cape, supported by an $8.5 million investment and positioned within a broader portfolio valued in the hundreds of millions.

Leadership

The firm is led by founder and CEO Derrick Grahn. Derrick’s background spans design, construction, hospitality, and development. His work is defined by a hands-on approach and a focus on execution. Together with his partner, Anastasia Grahn, he has built The Coveted Group into a vertically integrated platform operating across multiple markets.
