The Beach Club

Some of Flora Farms’ Founding real estate owners (who purchased before November 9th, 2018) were promised future access to a private beach club within the property Flora owns at Cabo Pulmo. Obstacles beyond the control of Flora are, at the moment, restricting Flora’s development of that Cabo Pulmo property —however, Flora is working diligently to change this. Early 2018, The Coveted Group (the marketing and sales arm of Flora’s real estate) began brokering a deal in hopes to deliver Flora Farms’ founding owners access to a beach club that could be utilized while Flora continued navigating the momentary adversities with regards to Cabo Pulmo. Late 2018, The Coveted Group succeeded in the pursuit of that deal, resulting in a private Beach Club for Flora Farms’ owners located less than a ten-minute drive from Flora Farms at the Beachfront Flats (further explained below). The private Beach Club will feature parking, a heated pool, hot tub, beach accesses, changing rooms (with showers), and lockers. The Beach Club at the Beachfront Flats will be serviced by a restaurant and bar (operated by the creators of Outpost in Cabo San Lucas).

Owners who contracted after November 9th, 2018 automatically receive this Beach Club Membership.

However, founding owners (who contracted before November 9th, 2018) did not receive this Beach Club Membership. Founding owners are eligible to receive special access to this Beach Club by signing an optional special Membership Agreement with the Beach Club Operator on or before the May 31st, 2020 deadline. Founding owners who sign this optional special Beach Club Membership will not relinquish rights to use the Beach Club at Flora’s Cabo Pulmo property if/when it is developed. The Beach Bunkhouses

The Beach Bunkhouses are a glamping concept that was given as a complimentary bonus to some of Flora’s Founding owners (who contracted before November 9th, 2018). It is Flora’s intention to host the Beach Bunkhouses concept within the property it owns at Cabo Pulmo. Obstacles beyond the control of Flora are, at the moment, restricting Flora’s development of that Cabo Pulmo Property —however, Flora is working diligently to change this. In the interim, The Coveted Group (the marketing and sales arm of Flora’s real estate), brokered a deal to activate the Beach Bunkhouses project at an alternative property until the property at Cabo Pulmo can be developed. The Coveted Group brokered this deal so that the Beach Bunkhouses can be enjoyed as soon as late 2020, and can hopefully be moved to the Cabo Pulmo property if/when it is developed. Owners who contracted before November 9th, 2018 are eligible to receive special access to the upcoming Beach Bunkhouses brokered by The Coveted Group, by signing an optional Membership Agreement with the Bunkhouses Operator on or before the May 31st, 2020 deadline. Founding owners who sign the Bunkhouses Membership do not relinquish rights to use the Beach Bunkhouses at Flora’s Cabo Pulmo property if/when it is developed.

The Beachfront Flats

The Beachfront Flats project is an all-new boutique development owned and operated by the well-established developer of Los Cabos’ El Encanto De La Laguna. Up the road from Flora and on the Sea of Cortez, the all-new Beachfront Flats is home to just ten private 2- and 3-bedroom dwellings (which are being offered as fractional real estate), a private Beach Club (further explained above), a Gym (accessible exclusively by Beachfront Flats owners), a mini-mercantile with provisions from Flora Farms and Santo Cabo, and a restaurant and bar (operated by the creators of Outpost in Cabo San Lucas) which will also service the private Beach Club areas. Legal Notice

Flora Farms has formed an alliance with the Beachfront Flats, allowing for owners of each property to enjoy special privileges at the other property. Flora Farms has no ownership or operational interest in the Beachfront Flats or El Encanto De La Laguna, nor do the Beachfront Flats or El Encanto De La Laguna have any ownership or operational interest in Flora Farms. These properties are completely separate entities with an alliance to share experiences among their property owners.
