🏡 Scope: We are building four private residences: a 4-bed, 4-bath home with a pool, a 1-bed, 1.5-bath residence with a dip pool, a 1-bed, 1-bath residence, and a studio. The property also features a dedicated open-air spa area with a sauna, cold plunge, services room, and yoga pad. Additionally, we are building the property’s boutique hospitality component —a 5-suite hotel and a small restaurant.
Calling this project challenging would be an understatement. Situated on pure sand, the site demands advanced engineering. Completely off-grid and far from town, supplies, and labor, every aspect of this project pushes the limits of what’s possible. But let’s be honest—if it were easy, Coveted Contracting would be less interested. 😉

🏡 Scope: a historic mid-century modern enclave in Phoenix’s sought-after Arcadia neighborhood, this Ralph Haver-designed property presented a prime value-add opportunity. We approached the renovation in two phases.
Phase One focused on transforming the two pool houses into fully permitted and rentable studio units, creating a completely independent living space separate from the primary home. This included:
A full landscaping and hardscape overhaul.
A saltwater pool remodel featuring a hot tub (heated separately from the pool). The pool is equipped with a heat pump, providing cost-effective heating in the winter and cooling in the summer. A cold plunge was also added directly adjacent to the pool.
Installation of a hard-plumbed fire pit.
A dedicated pool bathroom.
Two new rear parking spaces.
Once complete, the two studios were launched as short-term rentals, generating immediate cash flow.
Phase Two centered on the primary 3-bed, 3-bath home, with upgrades including:
Converting the single parking space into two covered spaces (requiring a specialized variance)
Adding a paver pad and fire pit in the front, along with raised garden beds
Creating an outdoor dining area with a hard-plumbed BBQ and sink
Extensive landscaping and landscape lighting throughout the property

From concept to completion, every aspect of this project has been handled in-house, including design, permitting, site preparation, and full infrastructure installation. The construction process has encompassed grading, pad preparation, septic system installation, water well drilling, framing, drywall, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more—making it a true turnkey build.
