Coveted Stays posts participating inventory on multiple rental platforms, including Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, increasing the likelihood of bookings. Rental Request Program

The Rental Request Program is an additional service offered by The Coveted Group. We promote our vacation rental page and link prominently on the flora-farms.com website. When interested renters submit inquiries, we match them with owners whose inventory closely aligns with their requests.

Special Bonus

As a special bonus, owners who host renters on Flora Farms, whether the renter found them through The Coveted Group or not, can earn a 1.00% commission (paid by The Coveted Group) if their renter purchases property during their stay. This commission cannot be combined with other commissions such as Referral Commissions. In cases where multiple commission types apply, the owner will receive the highest commission.

Are there any vetting processes for renters? The Flora Farms concept and the retail rental rates act as a self-vetting system.
