These exceptional real estate opportunities are not available to the general public, remain absent from MLS listings, and are inaccessible to other real estate agencies. Our unique approach to showcasing these extraordinary destinations involves in-person visits for select individuals who can then share their experiences within their social circles. We firmly believe that genuine word of mouth is unparalleled in its effectiveness.
By “select individuals,” we mean people like you. It's highly likely that your friends and family share similar interests and values, increasing the odds of your referrals either choosing to invest in these properties or becoming ambassadors for The Coveted Group.

Upon a purchase, The Coveted Group offers a Referral Commission to the person who made the referral, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Upon our first contact with your referrals, they instantly receive a $20 Gift Card valid at SantoCabo.com, with absolutely no obligation to travel to Cabo or do anything else —it’s their unique gift for being referred by you.
Approved referrals may also receive a travel rebate if they choose to schedule a real estate showing with us and purchase real estate as a result of them attending the scheduled real estate showing.
Term and Conditions
For each referral you wish to register as an Ambassador or Owner, you must complete one Referral Registration form.
Referrals that are unregistered or unapproved do not qualify for commissions or gifts from The Coveted Group or any properties it represents.
Upon registering a referral, The Coveted Group will send a confirmation within five business days, indicating whether the referral has been accepted or declined.
A referral is considered accepted only after the Ambassador or Owner receives an email confirming its acceptance. If no approval is received within five business days of submission, it is the Ambassador's or Owner's responsibility to contact The Coveted Group.
The Coveted Group reserves the right to decline a referral for reasons including, but not limited to: 1) the referral has already been registered by another Ambassador, Owner, or other party/entity; 2) the referral is a pre-existing prospect or client of The Coveted Group, a property it represents, or another party/entity it conducts business with; 3) the referral had scheduled a Discovery Experience (a formal real estate showing) or a Walk-Through (a casual model home showing) with The Coveted Group prior to being referred.
The current Referral Commission is calculated using a sliding scale related to the Purchase Price for all transactions completed by approved referrals, regardless of the submission date of the approved referral. This sliding scale is regularly updated to reflect the financial trends in Los Cabos' real estate market, as evaluated by The Coveted Group. Additionally, Referral Commissions may be subject to dilution if inventory is sold at prices below the our suggested bottom line pricing.
Note for Owners: Referral commissions cannot be combined with other commissions, such as Hosts Commissions. In cases involving multiple commission types, the owner will receive the highest commission type.
Referral programs promoted by The Coveted Group and/or the properties it represents prior to what is currently published herein are no longer valid.
The Coveted Group reserves the right to decline or cancel any referrals or the entire Referral Program at any time and without notice.
Referral commissions are typically paid to the referring Ambassador or Owner 60 days after the referred purchaser has paid at least 45.00% (forty-five percent) of the purchase price.
Referral Commissions apply to first-time purchases only.
