Introduction

In late 2023, we launched an exciting venture with Casa Blanca by Coveted, starting our first funding round. By August, we had successfully raised $550,000 for the initial phase of the project. Since then, significant progress has been made, including a zoning upgrade to increase the allowable buildable size, comprehensive architectural, construction, and cost analyses, finalization of our design vision, securing of required building permits, and the commencement of the first phase of Casa Blanca's stunning improvements. This phase is actively progressing and is expected to be completed by May or June 2024.

Casa Blanca is envisioned to be a paragon of Los Cabos luxury and exclusivity, offering four fractional ownership opportunities: a 4-Bedroom Estate, 1-Bedroom Pool Suite, 1-Bedroom Penthouse, and a Studio Penthouse. TWO Round 2 Opportunities Now Available!

As we advance with our meticulously crafted plan and ongoing construction, we're excited to announce the launch of our second funding round. This round is dedicated to the property's forthcoming and concluding projects, available through two distinct investment opportunities:

Option One
65% ROI Investment Opportunity

We extend an invitation to sophisticated investors, investment funds, or groups prepared to commit a portion of, or up to, $1.5 million (USD) towards the fractional segment of our project. The participating investor(s) enjoy a 65% Return on Investment. This venture promises a cumulative return of $2.5 million, including the original capital, with a lucrative $1 million profit.

ANTICIPATED RETURNS

Capital Returns begin immediately on a monthly basis, with full reimbursement targeted within two to three years and the complete realization of ROI conservatively projected within three to four years. This investment is secured by premium oceanside real estate, appraised beyond the investment figure, ensuring robust security and exceptional profitability potential.

ALLOCATION

The $1.5 million in capital is earmarked for fulfilling the property acquisition alongside additional construction beyond what was executed in Round 1 allocations. This includes the development of an exclusive one-bedroom and Studio Penthouse atop the four-bedroom Estate and the creation of a private, self-service spa accessible to owners and guests, enhancing the property's allure and value.

Option Two
25% Legacy Investment Opportunity

We are inviting sophisticated individuals, investment funds, or groups prepared to commit a portion of, or up to, $600,000 (USD) to the boutique hotel and private restaurant facet of our project. The investor(s) will receive an accelerated proportional share of 60% of Net Revenue quarterly until the total initial investment is recovered. Afterward, they will indefinitely transition to 25% of Net Earnings each quarter, representing a 25% equity stake in both the hotel and restaurant.

ANTICIPATED RETURNS

We anticipate the return of capital within four years, with ongoing 25% returns on investment. This investment is secured by premium oceanside real estate, appraised well beyond the investment figure, ensuring robust security and exceptional profitability potential.

ALLOCATION

The allocation of $600,000 in capital is dedicated to establishing a 6-suite boutique hotel and an accompanying private restaurant, including parking areas, systems, infrastructure, furnishings, and equipment.
