Thanks for making me aware of confusion by some of Flora’s owners regarding THIRDHOME’s annual membership dues policy. THIRDHOME’s “annual dues” are to be understood as use fees. Usage fees are not mandatory and are only required on any calendar year that a Flora owner (member) wishes to use our services. If a member attempts a reservation through thirdhome.com prior to being current on dues, our site will take that member to another screen to pay their annual dues. Once the dues are paid, they can book their reservation and they may continue using our services for the remainder of that calendar year.

We value our relationship with The Coveted Group and look forward to welcoming many more Flora Farms owners to the THIRDHOME club.
