By checking the box labelled “I have read and agree to the Owners Portal Terms and Conditions”, I, the CLIENT, agree that I have read, in sound mind, the following Terms and Conditions (herein referred to as the “AGREEMENT”) regarding my access to the private Owners Portal section of the website published at www.thecovetedgroup.com (herein referred to as the “OWNERS PORTAL”).

I understand that The Coveted Group is a trade name of Noche Publicidad S. de R.L. de C.V. and William Meilahn & Love LLC (herein referred to as the “ADMINISTRATORS”); and I further understand that the ADMINISTRATORS are the owners of the website published at www.thecovetedgroup.com and the OWNERS PORTAL; and

I, the CLIENT, have requested to Create an Account, which if granted by the ADMINISTRATORS, will allow me access to the OWNERS PORTAL. If I am granted access to the OWNERS PORTAL, I understand and agree that the OWNERS PORTAL contains links to numerous web pages, many of which contain content which is considered private, and/or proprietary information, and/or trade secrets, and/or confidential information (all of which are herein referred to as “CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION”) to the ADMINISTRATORS; and I further understand that all URLS within the OWNERS PORTAL which are considered CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION by the ADMINISTRATORS are labeled as “🔒CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION” on the bottom of each URL’s content (herein referred to as “LABELED”); and any webpages within the OWNERS PORTAL which are not LABELED are not considered to be CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION; therefore

I, the CLIENT, agree to keep all LABELED CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION in trust and confidence and I agree to use this information only for myself and for the purposes intended, and I agree that all CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION in the OWNERS PORTAL shall not be used for any other purpose.

I, the CLIENT, further agree that I am prohibited from disclosing CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION to any other party, included but not limited to a competitor of the ADMINISTRATORS , a competitor of the developers that the ADMINISTRATORS represents, including but not limited to Flora Farms, the Beachfront Flats, and/or El Encanto de la Laguna, any consultants, and/or any third parties; and I further agree that I am strictly forbidden to publish or share any CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION anywhere or with anyone, including but not limited to any news publication, person, website, social media platform, real estate developer/agent/broker, and/or any printed or digitally distributed newsletter.

I, the CLIENT, also understand that if I breach any part of this AGREEMENT, the ADMINISTRATORS reserves the right to immediately cancel my access to the OWNERS PORTAL as well as to any other benefits which I may be receiving; and the ADMINISTRATORS further reserves the right to proceed legally with regards to any applicable laws (within Mexico and/or within the country where I reside) which may have been violated due to such breach.

I, the CLIENT, understand that I can cancel my account and access to the OWNERS PORTAL at any time by emailing client.services@thecovetedgroup.com; however, I further understand and agree that the Terms and Conditions, and my obligations of this AGREEMENT shall continue to remain in effect and enforceable for a period of up to 10 years following the date of the termination of this AGREEMENT.
