How do owners get around while staying at Flora Farms? Some choose to rent cars, while others prefer using taxis or Uber. Some owners even bring or purchase their own vehicles.
Should we reserve, book, or contact Flora before our stay? To ensure a smooth arrival and stay, completing the Arrival Notice before each visit is recommended.
When are my check-in and check-out dates? Your check-in and check-out dates for your Use Weeks can be found in the Use Calendar. If unsure which weeks you own, please refer to your Purchase Agreement or contact us. Please note that check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out is before 11 am.
Can I trade my annual Use Weeks for other weeks? The best option is to take advantage of the partnership between Flora Farms and THIRDHOME by clicking here for more information.
Is there a Referral Program? Absolutely. Click here to learn about the Coveted Referral Program.
Is Flora Farms the owner of the shops at Flora Farms? No, it is not. The shops are owned and operated by independent third parties.
Who is The Coveted Group? The Coveted Group is the commercial name of Noche Publicidad S de RL de CV and William Meilahn & Love, LLC. It's the marketing and sales arm of Flora Farms’ real estate and the Art District Lofts at Flamboyan. The Coveted Group is a seasoned broker specializing in marketing and selling deeded fractional real estate. With over a decade of experience as the exclusive broker for Real Estate by Flora Farms, we have an outstanding record of achievement, having sold 95% of all inventory at the Culinary Cottages and Hillside Haylofts and, as of December 2024, over 60% of The Lofts at Flora.
Is the swimmable pond still on the table? Yes. Flora has upgraded this initially offered amenity into a larger, more private, and improved concept known as the “Family Park.” Construction on the park is ongoing, which will feature pickleball courts, BBQ areas, a swimmable pond and separate dog pond, shaded pergolas, a large grassy area for games and activities, and a snack shop where visitors can purchase snacks, drinks, sandwiches, and more.
