How do owners get around while staying at Flora Farms? Some choose to rent cars, while others prefer using taxis or Uber. Some owners even bring or purchase their own vehicles.

Do we need to reserve, book, or contact Flora before our stay? To ensure a smooth arrival and stay, it is recommended to complete the Arrival Notice before each visit.

When are my check-in and check-out dates? Your check-in and check-out dates for your Use Weeks can be found in the Use Calendar. If you are unsure of which weeks you own, please refer to your Purchase Agreement or contact us. Please note that check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out is before 11 am.

Can I trade my annual Use Weeks for other weeks? The best option is to take advantage of the partnership between Flora Farms and THIRDHOME by clicking here for more information.

Is there a Referral Program? Absolutely. Click here to learn about the Coveted Referral Program.

Outpost Restaurant & Bar in Cabo San Lucas owned or operated by Flora Farms? No, it is not. However, Outpost has a special relationship with Flora Farms. For example, it serves a menu featuring Flora's popular Signature Cocktails and incorporates ingredients grown at Flora Farms in some of its dishes. Outpost also provides information about Flora Farms to its patrons.

Is Flora Farms the owner of Santo Cabo or the other shops at Flora Farms? No, it is not. Santo Cabo and all other shops at Flora are owned by independent third parties.

Is the swimmable pond still on the table? Yes. The Coveted Group and Flora Farms have collaborated to upgrade the project into a larger, more private, and improved concept known as the “Family Park.” Construction on the park is ongoing, which will feature pickleball courts, BBQ areas, a swimmable pond and separate dog pond, shaded pergolas, a large grassy area for games and activities, and a snack shop where visitors can purchase snacks, drinks, sandwiches, and more.
